
The project required a full Shopify build that closely followed head office designs while supporting multi‑currency, tax rules and a growing product catalogue. Coordination with a US‑based design team introduced delays around image assets, putting tight launch timelines at risk.
We built a Shopify‑based store with a custom React theme and a tailored styling system that matched Dockatot's brand guidelines exactly. Product data was accurately imported in bulk from spreadsheets, and we used the South African and Australian stores as benchmarks to deliver a smoother, faster local experience. To protect the deadline, we escalated image issues with senior stakeholders and worked closely with the design team to unblock asset delivery.
Dockatot Middle East launched a polished, fully functional e‑commerce site that reflects the global brand while operating independently in the region. The store supports multi‑currency payments, shipping management, analytics and search, giving the brand a strong, data‑driven sales channel in the Middle East.
