

This was the first time a kiosk system was being built from scratch for the centre, and it needed to be secure, scalable and aligned with existing workflows. The platform had to support multiple patient journeys—from registration to viewing history—without overwhelming users or staff.
A custom kiosk and digital system was developed featuring patient registration and check‑in, appointment scheduling, a patient portal, medical history and medication views, and allergy tracking. The work included full API and database design, backend implementation, and UI/UX delivery based on the CEO‑approved plan. Security and scalability were baked into the architecture so the system could grow with the practice.
Patients now move through check‑in and appointment flows with minimal staff intervention, reducing queues and freeing staff to focus on clinical and higher‑value tasks. The health centre gained a cohesive, branded digital experience that supports day‑to‑day operations and can be extended over time.
